Locations & Callsigns
The eight CSUs came on the run in early November, after a few months of running temporarily at the four divisional stations, replacing the HDC + pod units. They have been given callsigns in the "Charlie Uniform" series. The CSUs have been allocated so that their fleet number matches the callsign, although the callsign will stay the same if the reserve CSU9 is on the run.
Due to building works currently taking place at Wembley fire station, their Command Support Unit is running from G32 Ruislip fire station. It is due to return to Wembley in the early new year.
Photos of the eight Command Support Units at their new locations will be added to the site within the next month.
