BAA Heathrow Airport Fire Service
These two photographs were taken outside of the Heathrow airside area. I hope to do a full visit to the BAA Heathrow fire station some time in the summer.

The appliance is a Kronenburg Mac11 6x6 crash tender, one of seven at Heathrow. 4 similar 4x4 appliances are used as Rapid Intervention vehicles. It is seen here at the BAA maintanance facility next door to G56 Heathrow.

This is one of two Scania P94D / Angloco water tenders used at Heathrow. RX51UFS is seen here in the rear yard of the LFB Heathrow fire station.
