The new pump ladder is a mark two Mercedes-Benz Atego / Papworth appliance, DPL1304 (AE57 FNR). This is the first DPL with the new LFB branding.

Paddington's new turntable ladder is now on the run, TL51 (BX07 GUE), a Mercedes-Benz Econic / GBFire appliance with Magirus ladders is seen in the yard.
Paddington is now once again a four appliance station with the arrival of their new Fire Rescue Unit, Mercedes-Benz Atego 1325 / Papworth FRU22 (AE07 HWV).

Former Appliances

wpe49.jpg (43421 bytes) One of the most popular appliances in the LFB fleet was the Dennis F127 / Camiva turntable ladder TL50 (E870 JYV), which has now finally come off the run after 20 years of service.

Paddington's new Econic turntable ladder seen with the former appliance which has just completed twenty years of service. It is in use as a reserve appliance for a short while, and will then be disposed of.
